What I have learnt about the culture: We all learned about Halloween. Specifically, about how pumpkins are carved and used as lanterns. The video instructions to carve a pumpkin were interesting. Another interesting fact was that “treat or trick”comes from the tradition called “souling”

What I have learnt about the culture:It is interesting that the origin of Halloween is about the dead people. In Turkey and China, we don't celebrate Halloween, so it's very new and interesting for us. We have learned that souling means praying for the dead people by giving food and exchanging food.
